3.3 Analytics Tracking

The following analytics tracking technology is used on the VidSell marketing website (www.vidsell.io) to help us understand how visitors interact with our site, identify usability issues, and improve user experience. Analytics tracking is activated only with your consent via our cookie consent tool. It is not active within the VidSell application (app.vidsell.io) or on Customer Engage community pages.

If you do not consent, affiliate tracking will not function, but you may still use the website normally.

VidSell does not use advertising, targeting, or behavioral retargeting cookies. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles, serve targeted ads, or sell your data to third parties. We do not engage in cross-site tracking for advertising purposes.

5. HOW TO MANAGE YOUR COOKIE PREFERENCES

5.1 Cookie Consent Tool

We use a cookie consent tool (provided by GetTerms) on the VidSell marketing website to allow you to accept or reject non-essential cookie categories before they are set. The consent categories include:

If you have granted push notification permission for an Engage community, you can revoke this permission at any time through your device or browser notification settings, or through your notification preferences in the community account settings. Revoking permission will remove the stored push token.

6. COOKIES AND YOUR END USERS (FOR CUSTOMERS)

If you are a VidSell Customer, cookies will be set on your End Users' browsers when they interact with your Engage communities. As the data controller for your End Users, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring your own privacy policy and cookie notice accurately describes the cookies set on your pages by the VidSell platform.
• Implementing a cookie consent notice on your VidSell-powered pages if your End Users are located in jurisdictions that require it, such as the EU and UK under the ePrivacy Directive and GDPR.
• Informing your End Users that accepting push notifications will result in a notification subscription token being stored via OneSignal.

7. CHANGES TO THIS COOKIE POLICY

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use, our platform, or applicable legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes by updating the 'Last Updated' date. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.

8. LOCAL STORAGE AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

In addition to cookies, some of our third-party integrations use browser local storage and session storage to store data on your device. These technologies function similarly to cookies but are stored differently in your browser. Specifically:

• The analytics provider (SiteBehaviour) stores session tracking data in sessionStorage (cleared when the browser tab closes) and a persistent visitor identifier in localStorage when advanced tracking mode is enabled.
